QI Gong
Qigong is a multi-millennial health practice belonging to traditional Chinese medicine. It allows the energy (Qi) to circulate in the acupuncture meridians. Slow and harmonious movements, combined with breathing and concentration, help to relax muscles and joints as well as calm the mind. Its benefits are numerous, both physically and emotionally. The places chosen for the hikes or Qi Gong activities are selected for the energy they contain.
